Mahjong 101
Curious about Mahjong but not sure how to play the game? Mahjong 101 is the perfect introduction to the game. In this fun and informative class, you will be introduced to the basics—tiles, suits, basic strategies, and the National Mahjong League Card that will get you confidently ready to yell “Mahjong” at your first open-table.
Mahjong 102
Ready to take your game to the next level? In Mahjong 102, the focus is on strategy, defensive playing and learning when and how to pivot. You will go from a novice who knows the rules into an emboldened player who understands why and how to make specific moves. Often, it is best to retake Mahjong 101 several times before taking this class.
Mahjong 103
This is where you become a Mahjong Master! In Mahjong 103, you will explore strategies to win and defend; learn how to pass like a pro in the Charleston; expertly read the table; and leave ready to join any open play table with confidence.
